This authentic 16th century stone farmhouse is located less than 10 km from Montélimar TGV station, in the middle of the fields of La Bâtie Rolland, at the foot of the charming hilltop village of Puygiron, just a few minutes from shops and an 18-hole golf course (Golf de la Valdaine). This house has been tastefully renovated with quality furnishings. Large living areas where you can spend quality time with your family, an interior courtyard, a pleasant exterior with a swimming pool that has been completely redone and a large terrace that leads from the house to the exterior. Table tennis and a barbecue will brighten up your stay.

Located on the banks of the River Drôme, this charming town is famous for its majestic 52m-high Tour de Crest, which overlooks the town and offers an incredible panorama.
Home to numerous festivals, the town offers a rich and varied cultural programme. An ideal starting point for hiking in the Saoû forest or canoeing down the river.

At the bottom of the Montée des Cordeliers, in the heart of Crest, you’ll find Juliette’s house. This stunning family home has been completely renovated to the delight of its tenants. A renovation that brilliantly blends the old in a historic building with the modern with new equipment. This luxury building can accommodate up to 19 people in four independent flats.
Each apartment has a surface area of around 50m² and features a separate bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a shower room, a living area with a sofa bed and a fully-equipped kitchen. Between two floors you will find a room attached to each flat with a single bed available for larger families.
On the ground floor, there is a large vaulted room where you can gather to enjoy moments together. Two flats also have outdoor terraces where you can enjoy aperitifs and breakfast.

Authentic, this exceptional farmhouse is not overlooked and is perfect for nature lovers and family holidays. The interior was completely renovated in 2018 in keeping with the spirit of the place, using environmentally-friendly materials. 6 bedrooms, large communal areas and a full range of facilities will provide comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people.

Château Saint Secret (or Château d’Alençon) is set in a privileged environment surrounded by fields of lavender, olive trees and vines, with the mountains in the background. A holiday with family or friends in the heart of nature, where calm and serenity reign supreme. The town centre is just 1 km away and the river 200m away, which will delight your children.
This old building has been renovated by a local couple who love their heritage and their region. A magnificent staircase leads up to your gîte. The flagstones have a patina and the rendering is period, a return to life in a château.

The accommodation features a large living room with high ceilings and exposed stone walls. On the upper floors are the sleeping areas, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with double beds plus a mezzanine with two single beds and a double bed. The bedding is new and designed with your comfort in mind. The second gîte can be booked for up to 14 people.
At the back of the house, with direct access from the kitchen, is a large 85m² terrace with a large table, barbecue and sun loungers. Let the holidays begin!

In addition to the accommodation, the house also includes a sheltered table tennis table, a children’s playroom and a teleworking area (whiteboard, TV and desks). On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 160cm bedding, a bathroom and 1 toilet.

Wooden house located at the entrance to the picturesque village of Saoû, 15 min from Crest. Incredible views of Saoû and its surroundings, worthy of a film set. Surrounded by a 7000m² garden, it offers direct access to hiking trails, the forest and the village. Saoû, with its market, village square, shops and forest, is a unique village.

The house is made of wood and is bio-climatic, retaining both heat and coolness. The ground floor features large living rooms with a sitting area, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, an office area and a bedroom with its own shower room. On the 1st floor, the master bedroom has its own shower room and a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.

The unoverlooked exteriors are well planted with trees, and several corners are attractively laid out according to the time of day: a small resting area, a dining area, a drink by the pool. There’s something for everyone.

CLOS DE L’ESTELLE

This completely renovated house is located on the heights of a small village in Drôme Provençale, offering exceptional views and absolute peace and quiet. The house is set in 40 hectares of land with plenty of opportunities for walks.

On the property, you will have access to a heated swimming pool. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people, a sauna, a gaming room with billiards, ping pong and boxing bags and a TV room.The house is located at the end of a 3km drive from the village. On the ground floor you will find, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a staircase leads up to the first floor where you’ll find 2 large bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. Also on this floor are the living areas, with a large, well-equipped kitchen/dining area and a lounge/library opening onto the outdoors. A large terrace adjoins with a large table under a pergola, again with an incredible view. On the top floor, a bedroom with its own bathroom.
The last suite is located outside with independent access. On the lower level of the house, sauna, games room (billiards, table soccer) and TV room. An exceptional place!
